Booking is simple! Choose your preferred experience on our Experiences Page, and after checkout, Elevate CEO Shanti Suttin will personally reach out within 24 hours to design your perfect itinerary and confirm availability for your preferred dates.

Are dates guaranteed at booking?
No—your requested date is submitted at checkout, but availability is confirmed during your Experience Design Call with Shanti. If your preferred date isn’t available, we’ll work with you to find the perfect alternative.

Can I personalize my experience?
Absolutely. Every Elevate tour is custom-designed around your preferences. During your Experience Design Call, we’ll ask about your favorite wine varietals, any celebrations, music preferences, and personal touches that matter to you.

Where does the tour start and end?
Your tour begins with a private pickup from your preferred location. Whether you're staying in Austin, Fredericksburg, or beyond, we’ll confirm the exact details during your pre-tour kickoff call.
Note that locations further than 20 miles from your winery itinerary will be accommodated at an additional fee. -
What should I wear?
Texas Hill Country has varied terrain, so we recommend comfortable, stylish attire with flat shoes or boots. If you’re planning to capture special moments, feel free to dress up—we’ll ensure every setting is picture-perfect.

Will there be food included?
Yes. Each tour includes thoughtfully paired culinary experiences, ranging from artisan cheese boards to curated multi-course tastings, ensuring that every sip of wine is perfectly complemented.

Is live music guaranteed?
Live music is included in every Elevate experience. We’ll work to match your preferences—whether it’s acoustic guitar, jazz, or classic Texas country—but final artist selection depends on availability and venue logistics.

How many wineries do we visit?
Each experience is designed around quality, not quantity. Your itinerary will include hand-selected stops at the most exclusive and sought-after wineries in Texas Wine Country, ensuring private access and unforgettable moments.

Can I purchase wine on my tour?
Yes! Guests often discover new favorites and choose to bring bottles home. Our ambassadors can assist with recommendations, purchases, and shipping options as needed.

Is gratuity included?
Your ambassadors are well-compensated for their expertise and hospitality. If your experience created memories you’ll cherish forever, gratuity is always welcome.

What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans change. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Rescheduling policies may vary depending on how close you are to your original booking date.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the highly customized nature of our experiences, all sales are final. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule if needed.
